Samkelo Ndlovu, also known as Samu or Samurai Ndlovu, was born and raised in Alexandra Township, South Africa.
She attended Fairways Primary School for her primary education and completed her high school education at Sandringham High School in 2007. Growing up, Samkelo developed proficiency in multiple languages, including Xhosa, Zulu, English, Sotho, and Tswana.
